Liam Brogan, a native of San Diego, California, co-founded HNY+ with a personal quest to simplify his health and adopt a powerful yet straightforward pre-workout routine. Liam despises the fact that everyday people in his life use products marketed as healthy but contain ingredients that compromise their benefits. Driven by years of passionate research, Liam envisioned HNY+ as a manifestation of this philosophy—the belief that a simple yet powerful approach to nutrition can unlock peak performance and vitality.

Ross cooley
Ross, an Austin, Texas native, co-founded HNY+ with his college roommates Luke and Liam while studying Entrepreneurship at TCU. He became known for his hilarious crusade against seed oils, often lecturing friends about their hidden dangers while clearing out their pantries. His dedication to health and wellness inspired him to create a clean product that athletes could trust—and that he himself would use.

Luke, a native of Laguna Beach, California, grew up as a passionate mountain biker and snowboarder. He relied on energy products filled with synthetic ingredients like maltodextrin that often led to painful cramps and stomach issues during his activities. This personal struggle ignited a relentless passion in him to find a better way. Determined to create a solution that aligns with the natural needs of athletes, he envisioned a product that not only fuels performance but also promotes overall health.
