Liam Brogan, a native of San Diego, California, brings a West Coast ethos of balanced living and vitality to his role as CEO and Co-Founder of HNY+. Liam despises the fact that everyday people in his life use products marketed as healthy but contain ingredients that compromise their benefits. Ross, an Austin, Texas native, co-founded HNY+ with his college roommates Luke and Liam while studying Entrepreneurship at TCU. He became known for his hilarious crusade against seed oils, often lecturing friends about their hidden dangers while clearing out their pantries. His dedication to health and wellness inspired him to create a clean product that athletes could trust—and that he himself would use. Ross’s leadership as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) has been instrumental in guiding HNY+, focusing on product development, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships. Ross is constantly engaging with the community, handing out HNY+ samples and collaborating with athletes to gather feedback and continually refine the product.

Luke smialowicz
Luke Smialowicz, the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of HNY+, is the visionary behind HNY+'s financial and operational framework. As a passionate mountain biker, snowboarder, and free diver, Luke's personal experiences in high-intensity sports have deeply influenced HNY+'s mission to revolutionize energy nutrition. Growing up, Luke relied on energy products filled with synthetic ingredients like maltodextrin that often led to painful cramps and stomach issues. This personal struggle ignited a relentless passion in him to find a better way. Determined to create a solution that aligns with the natural needs of athletes, he envisioned a product that not only fuels performance but also promotes overall health.
