Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day refund policy on your first order, so you can try HNY+ with confidence. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a refund. This policy applies only to your initial purchase.
The order you’re requesting a refund for must be the first order you’ve placed with HNY+.
To request a refund, contact us at support@hnyplus.com with your order number.
If your refund request is accepted, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. You do not need to send the product back to us.
You will receive a full refund for the value of your order, minus a $5 processing fee. Please note that any initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We provide free exchanges with no handling fee. Price differences may apply if exchanging for a higher-value product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. The item must be in the same condition you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return or refund request is processed, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@hnyplus.com.
Cancellations
We do not cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Similarly, we cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. Customers can manage their subscriptions anytime directly through their account portal.
