Refund policy

Effective October 2, 2026

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Your First Order:
If you're not happy with your first HNY+ order, contact us at support@hnyplus.com within 30 days of delivery. We'll email you return instructions. Once the carrier scans your return, we'll refund your purchase price, less $8 for return shipping.

Eligibility:
The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first order, whether it's a one-time purchase or the first order of a subscription. The 30-day window starts on the delivery date confirmed by the carrier. Later orders, including subscription renewals, are not eligible once shipped.

Subscription Renewals:
Once a subscription renewal order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for a refund. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us at support@hnyplus.com and we'll review your case. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties at hnyplus.com/a/account/login.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or incorrect, email support@hnyplus.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund. No need to return the product.

Our Right to Decline:
We may decline a refund request we reasonably believe is fraudulent or abusive, including repeat requests or requests that don't match our order records.

Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take another 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable.
