RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
We stand behind every order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@hnyplus.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No need to return the product. We mean it. Keep it, share it with a friend, bring it on your next run.
Eligibility:
This guarantee applies to all orders, including subscription orders. The 30-day window starts from the delivery date of each individual order as confirmed by the carrier.
Subscription Renewals:
Once a subscription renewal order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for a standard refund. If you believe a renewal charge was made in error, contact us at support@hnyplus.com and we will review your case individually. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties at https://hnyplus.com/a/account/login.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@hnyplus.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. No need to return the damaged product.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable.
