Cancellation policy

All HNY+ subscriptions (Subscribe & Save) are entirely optional and can be cancelled at any time with no fees, penalties, or commitments.

How to cancel:
1. Log in at https://hnyplus.com/a/account/login
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged again after cancelling. If you cancel before your next renewal date, no further charges will be made.

What you're agreeing to when you subscribe:
When you select Subscribe & Save at checkout, you are authorizing recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency you selected (every 1, 2, or 3 months). Your subscription will automatically renew and your card will be charged before each shipment until you cancel.

Refunds on subscription renewals:
Once a renewal order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for a standard refund. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@hnyplus.com and we will review your case individually.

First order guarantee:
Your first order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, contact support@hnyplus.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No need to return the product.
