Cancellation policy

By subscribing, you agree to the HNY+ Terms of Service, including Section 16, Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver, and the HNY+ Privacy Policy.

All HNY+ subscriptions (Subscribe & Save) are entirely optional and can be cancelled at any time with no fees, penalties, or commitments.

How to cancel:
1. Log in at https://hnyplus.com/a/account/login
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. Click "Cancel Subscription"

Cancellation takes effect immediately. You will not be charged again after cancelling. To avoid your next charge, cancel at least 1 day before your next billing date.

What you're agreeing to when you subscribe:
When you select Subscribe & Save at checkout, you are authorizing recurring charges to your payment method at the frequency you selected (every 1, 2, or 3 months). Your subscription will automatically renew and your card will be charged before each shipment until you cancel.

Refunds on subscription renewals:
Once a renewal order has been processed and shipped, it is not eligible for a standard refund. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@hnyplus.com and we will review your case individually.
