Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY
Effective March 24, 2026
Domestic shipping only. We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Processing times are estimates and may vary due to order volume, inventory availability, carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Processing time estimates do not constitute a guarantee of any specific ship date.
Transit time: Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days depending on destination and carrier. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed by HNY+. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, customs holds, or any other delays once the package has been tendered to the carrier.
Shipping rates: Subscription orders ship free. One-time orders ship free on orders $45 or more. Shipping rates and thresholds are subject to change without notice.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment using the tracking information provided.
Subscription shipments: If you have an active subscription, your order will be automatically processed and shipped at the frequency you selected at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation for each shipment. Subscription terms, including frequency and pricing, are subject to the Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. To modify or cancel your subscription, visit https://hnyplus.com/a/account/login.
Address accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Reshipments due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Lost, stolen, or damaged shipments: If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@hnyplus.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Risk of loss: All products purchased from HNY+ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
Order modifications: Once an order has been submitted for processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Contact support@hnyplus.com immediately if you need to modify an order and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
Force majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure in shipping caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, government actions, or supply chain interruptions.
